In this new Challenge we are going to focus mainly on Upper Body. The spring is here, with summer around the corner, and we all want to show off beautifully shaped back, shoulders and toned arms. In my 1-on-1 training I closely work with my clients to build lean, long but strong muscles proportionally over the whole body, creating feminine and elegant physique. We get into details of safe and effective stretching, and we get the nutrition part sort out for good.
